During this One Day Class, you will produce a stunning Cupcake Bouquet. Take your buttercream piping skills to the next level with our buttercream flowers. It’s a perfect gift for any occasion. If you are a professional cake decorator, this is a fabulous addition to your portfolio. But this class is also suitable for complete beginners.
By the end of the five-hour class (approx.)you will:
Learn how to colour various shades of buttercream, and prepare and fill piping bags
- Understand the correct piping nozzles required
- Decorate 13 cupcakes with four different buttercream flower designs: full-blown garden rose, daisy, sunflower and hydrangea
- Learn which vital equipment is needed to structure your cupcake bouquet box securely
- Understand how to gauge proportion and balance in your design
- Create your cupcake bouquet box and fill it with 7 cupcake flowers.
- Take home another box of 6 cupcakes beautifully piped with buttercream flowers
- Display beautifully, and learn essential packaging and transportation tricks of the trade
